Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

I am working with a company to take over the remaining balance of the morgtage on my home. However my loan is not assumable. Is there a contract that can be written that makes me free and clear of the mortgage payments and states another party responsible for them if I do a Qiut Claim Deed?

Unfortunately no. There is no way to do with, with the mortgage company waiving the non assumption clause
