Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in North Carolina

what i would like to know is if your boss talks about sex and say that you are doing things with other co-workers and names thing that you are suppose to be doing in front of others, is this sexual harassment?

While more facts and circumstances need to disclosed in most all states and under federal law this fact senerio sounds as though it would likely amount to unlawful sexual harassment.
