how to file my taxes

My husband and i were seperated for 2 years and just recently (since oct of 06)got back together. I was filing my taxes under the EIC because he was unable to help financially. How do we file our taxes for 2006?

When you are married and living together as of December 31 of any year you must file either jointly or married filing separately.

You should have your return prepared by a tax lawyer of tax accountant.
