I owe taxes on premature IRA's and back taxes. what can I do , I can't afford to pay.

First, you need a good tax attorney to fight the IRS. You want someone with extensiVe experience on the side of taxpayers, not an attorney that represented the IRS. Your tax lawyer should be your first line of defense.
