Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

20 miles over in Lumberton, NC

I was recently rushing through Lumberton, NC, going 82 in a 60 on my way home to Myrtle Beach,SC. I absolutely cannot have any points on my license, is this even possible?! I have two previous tickets in Fayetteville, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. Both we're taken care of. Thank you.

You have a 4 point violation. You have basically four options. However, DO NOT SUBSTITUTE THIS MESSAGE FOR CONSULTING WITH AN ATTORNEY IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE!!

Option one, pay the fine and get 4 points. Option two, have it negotiated to a 2 point violation. Option three, request that the ticket be re-written to a -0- point violation. Option four, go to trial and win it. The best advise is for you to IMMEDIATEY contact an attorney.
