19 over - Prayer for Judgement?

I'm a 21-year old college student and I was recently pulled on I-40 for going 83 in a 65 based on the estimation I was going as fast as the person in front of me who was also pulled. I received one ticket when I was 16 that was reduced to 9 over from 12 over. Should I use my prayer for judgement? Do I need to hire a lawyer to help me?

Depends on the county - you should see if you are eligible for a non moving violation such as improper equipment. Otherwise, if you are sure that the earlier ticket was over 3 years ago, I would save the prayer for judgment and get another reduction - 74 in a 65. It won't have insurance consequences if it is the only ticket in the past three years. You will get points on your DMV record.
