Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

25 over speeding ticket

I just recently received this horrible ticket where it was completely exaggerated and when i asked to see the radar i was rudely refused to any information. However, my question now is, will it hurt against me to appear in court by myself and try to ask for a prayer for judgement or maybe a reduction? or should i definitley get a lawyer that is difficult in my case in terms of expenses. I just graduated college and am applying to graduate school that is taking up all my money. PLEASE HELP ON MY OPTIONS!

I'd probably get an attorney. If this was Orange County, you probably will be able to get some type of reduction - you may have to go to driving school.
