going 80 in a 65
I got a ticket for going 80 in a 65 and I have not recived a ticket in almost eight years.Could you suggest what my best options are?

Some counties may give you an improper equipment - that is the best option. Otherwise you can usually get it reduced to 74 in a 65 or get a prayer for judgment. Reduction will not have insurance consequences if it is your only ticket in a three year period. Prayer for Judgment (PJC) will not have insurance consequences if it is the only PJC on your policy (ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD) in a three year period. PJC has no DMV points, reduction will still have points. I generally recommend reduction and save the PJC.
