auto accident
i was involved in a auto accident on june 23rd 2004- i was on my way work around 7:30 a.m. driving down my road the speed limit is 45 i approached another vehicle and slowed down my questimation is to 30 mph she was going very slow and it is a passing zone- so i decided to pass as i was passing she decided to turn left into a resteraunt and we collided (she did not use a blinker) to indicate she was making a turn - my car was flipped a few times and landed on my hood - it is totaled my head busted the windshield and i had to get 5 staples in my head and had to have cruthes and a stablizer to help my knee - which i am off the crutches and now have a ace bandage keeping it tight for i have several muscle spasm throughout the day- my insurance co. has already denied her claim- the trooper on the scene issued me a citation for failure to reduce speed which i am going to fight he never even talked to me until 3 days later- i do have a witness that was behind me an seen the whole thing happend i just would like some advice on what may happend i have suffered more ways than one from this incident and i am lost and just would like some advice thank you

You should get an attorney-fight the ticket and sue her insurnace for your meds. lost wages. pain and suffering. The personal injury deal should be on a contigency basis. The traffic citation should be a couple of hundred or less.
