Right off the bat, you don't get a ticket for 'driving without license revoked' - you get a ticket for driving while license revoked. That said , usually when some one is as blase about potentially being screwed over by an attorney as you seem to be, 9 times out of 10 it ends up not being the attorney's fault but rather that the attorney wasn't paid in full - meaning it would be your fault. On the outside chance you did pay your attorney - do you seriously have to ask what o do? Call them and tell them to get your crap done ASAP! Could be a simple clerical error. if you didn't pay your attorney, either pay them or hire a new attorney. Either way at this point you can expect things to now be much more expensive as you likely at least have a $200 failure to appear penalty, $50 reinstatement fee (if eligible, from DMV) all on top of legal fees and normal Court costs / fines. Or you can be bop down to the Court house, ask the clerks to add on your case, plead it out for the best deal you can get from the ADA, still pay a crap ton of cash and likely get an additional year of suspension time and the possibility of some un-fun vacation time in the county pokey! Best of luck to you!
