Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

driving while license supended

two speeding tickets. 1st ticket driving 44 in 35mph. missed court date so license revoked. 2nd ticket driving 86 in 65mph charged with reckless driving & speeding. license was taken by officer. do i need a lawyer for both tickets or just for the driving while license revoked.

You need to figure out how to get the first ticket back on the calendar and get it resolved. You may want to consult with the attorney who is handling the 2nd ticket about what you will want to do with the first ticket.
