Entering a request for a PJC
I recently received a ticket for 80 in a 70. I am a resident of Virginia but got the ticket in North Carolina. How do I go about requesting a Prayer for Judgement Continuance? Do I have to have a lawyer. If not, exactly what do I need to do?

You will either need to show up in court or hire an attorney.
