Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
I live in NC and received a ticket for driving without insurance what should I exspect in court, what are my best options ? Can I ask for a prayer for judgment continue (pjc)?

This type of ticket will be handled differently in different counties. You might want to consult with an attorney in your area for further guidance or information. As a general matter, many district attorneys will dismiss this type of ticket if you obtain insurance, and bring proof of insurance with you to court. You could use a PJC for this, but this might not be your best option, especially as (a) it might not help you that much and (b) you can use one of these only once every three years.
