I received a tkt for 70 in 55 in Lenoir co. What does SHP code 3 mean? What is G.S 20-14[BxG] mean? Is this suspendible or revocable in either state? If so, when would I receive notice of such?

Just hire an attorney in Lenoir. It will probably be your best alternative. It will almost certainly be reduced. You can contact your insurance agent in Virginia and ask him how different types of tickets affect your rates.
