Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
Moving violation
I recently found out that NC has charges against me that are prohibiting me from obtaing my Commercial Driver's license in SC. I was arrested for these charges. One incident occurred in 1993 was 2 non-moving violations and the other was 2000 was a moving violation. Can You help me? I am doing my best to get my life on track.
