Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
I am in North Carolina where radar detectors and laser jammers are legal. If I were to drive into another state where these devices were illegal, would I be able to be fined if I were pulled over?

Absolutely, if you enter another state, one of the concessions you make for using its roads is to abide by its laws. For instance Virginia is heavily anti-detector/jammer and will punish severely. If you use it here and drive to or through Virginia, turn it off and put it up.
