if a officer pulled me over,do i suppose to sign the ticket and is my ssn to be on tnere too

Your signing the ticket or not is irrelevant - the ticket will still be valid. Normally, your SSN will not be on the ticket - at most, only the last 4 digits of your SSN should be shown.
