Can't Appear in Orange/Chapel Hill
My husband has a court date for speeding (80 in 65...used PJC a year ago for 54 in 45) in Orange County on Wed 11/14. NOW HE CAN'T MAKE IT!! How can we get the court date changed? Is it too late to get a lawyer? THX!!

It is not too late to get a lawyer. Many lawyers would be able to do that at the last minute. Also, in Orange County, they have weird rules on Wednesdays so a lawyer may have to continue it.
If you used a PJC a year ago, he should just get a 74 in a 65. In Orange, he would have a chance for improper equipment as well.
