Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
Prayer For Judgement
i am 17 and i have NO CRIMINAL RECORD WHAT SO EVER, and i got a ticket in may. I want to request a prayer for judgement, how do i go about doing that, and what exactly does that do for me. Before i got my ticket i had never so much as been spoken to by a police officer....so i am hoping that looks good in my favor.

Re: Prayer For Judgement
You ask a judge for a "PJC" (Prayer for judgment continued) after you enter your plea. A PJC is an admission of guilt without the entry of judgment. I cannot tell you what it will do for you without more information.
