Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
Prayer for Judgement
Two months ago I had a ticket for a 67 in a 45. I hired a lawyer to use the ''prayer for judgement'' thing to get me out of the ticket. Unfortuantly, two days ago i got another ticket, 71 in a 55. What is going to happen with the PJC? Are all the points going to add up? What can I do to not get any points? And Is Driver Improvement Clinics a good idea to improve my chances of the penalties. I swear, after this horrible occurance, i'm not speeding again. Please respond ASAP!

Re: Prayer for Judgement
Depending where you got the ticket, you may be able to get an improper equipment (e.g. Orange County). Otherwise, you can have it reduced to a 64 in a 55 and if that is your only other ticket besides the PJC in the past three years, you should be okay.
