Prayer for Judgement - 2nd ticket within 3 yr period

Please help. I received a PJC over 2 years ago and just got a ticket for 9 miles over the speed limit. Can I request another PJC for the 2nd ticket or what are my other options here?

Your insurance will go up if you take a PJC. You can't have two PJCs on your policy in a three year period. See if you can get an improper equipment or take the 9 over if it your only moving violation in the past three years.
