Prayer for Judgement

I recevied a ticket for speeding 2 years ago. I went to court and received a reduced charge. Can I use my Prayer for Judgement on a 2nd ticket?

You can use one PJC every three years for insurance purposes. This is per policy not per driver so if anyone else on the policy got a PJC, then using it would not be helpful inusrance-wise.
