Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

I received a ticket for allowing my boyfriend to drive my car without a license, I was not even in the car to get the ticket, he was pulled over and the officer gave him a ticket and one to give to me. He did not have my permission to drive my car and I need to know how to defend this in court without hurting my license.

You may want to get an attorney. You can go to court and tell the DA your story and see if he or she will dismiss. If not, ask for a continuance and hire an attorney.
