Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
I recently was pulled over for going 105 in a 50 mph zone. The officer took me in, but they let me go without having to post bail after about 15 minutes. I know this looks really bad. The only other offense I could possibly think of is a running a stop sign ticket from about 3 months ago. What kind of punishments am I facing. I think they may suspend my license? The problem with this for me is that I am a college student and I live off campus too far away to reasonably walk. If they do suspend my license, is there a way to get a permit to drive to and from school? Help would be appreciated.

yes, your license is history. You could go to jail, too, I think. You need to find yourself a good local criminal defense attorney.
