Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
speeding in NC
I got a speeding Citation in NC. i was doing 92mph in a 65. I will not be able to attend the court appearance.I'm stationed in Germany. What is the worst that can happen? How much am i going to spend total i.e. hiring a lawyer to represent me, and fine?

Well, your license will be suspended for one. This is not a ticket you can afford to take likely. You will need to hire an attorney, especially if you can't show up in Court.
