Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
speeding ticket
my husband just got a speeding ticket going 55 in a 35. He has not had any thing on his driving record for at least 3 years can he use a prayer for judgement and just pay court cost? Is it going to affect our ins.?

Re: speeding ticket
Depending on the county - first thing is to see if you can get an improper equipment. Then, if he has nothing on his record - I'd recommend a 44 in a 35 which wouldn't have insurance consequences.
