Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
Speeding ticket
I just got my first ticket ever for doing 80 in a 65. I live in NC & the ticket was in VA. In NC they have a prayer for judgement. Is there such a thing in VA? If not, do I have a chance of having it lessened if I go to court? What's the best plan of action. I don't want points on my license.
