if i got a speeding ticket in NC and the officer never told me to sing the ticket do i have to appear in court or can i use this to get it threw out

Having you sign the ticket is not a requirement in NC. There should be a place on the ticket that tells you if you must appear in Court. Your best bet is to hire an attorney to take care of the ticket for you. If you hire an attorney you may not have to appear in court even if the ticket says you must.
