Speeding Ticket in NC

I got a speeding ticket (71 in a 55) in

Raleigh near the airport. This is my 2nd

ticket. I got my 1st one 4.5 years ago

which was reduced down to (74 in a

65). What are my options? PJC?

Traffic school?

In Wake your options are a reduction or a PJC. If this is your only ticket in a THREE year period, then I personally would take the reduction (which would have DMV points but no insurance points) and save the PJC.
