Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
Speeding ticket while passing: 80 in a 55
I'd like to know if I should get an attorney? This occurred in Stanly County and I've never had any tickets or accidents in the 24 years I've been driving. Thanks for your advice.

You can go yourself and see if they will reduce it to 64 in a 55. If they won't, I would probably continue it and get an attorney. I don't know anything about Stanly County.
