Speeding Ticket

Got a speeding ticket last week, doing 19 miles over. How can I have it reduce? I havent had a ticket in the last 4 years.

Ask the DA for a reduction to 9 over. If it is a county that gives improper equipment, ask if you are eligible to get an improper equipment.
