Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
Speeding Ticket 59 in a 35 Zone
I recently received a ticket for 59 mph in a 35 mph zone. Will I receive a reckless driving charge for this? I am an out of state driver(I go to college in NC) and am also wondering if prayer of judgment applies to out of state drivers as well.

You have to check with your insurance agent or an attorney in your home state how different pleas will affect you. You should either get an attorney or go to court because you should be able to get this reduced.
