Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

Stop Sign Ticket

Hi I was wandering if the PFJ would be accepted for running a stop sign. I was making a right hand turn, was not speeding, nor was I driving wreckless. I just did not make a full stop. Do I need a lawyer to plea this or should I hire an attorney.

You can use a prayer for judgment continued (called PJC) for a stop sign. It is up to the Judge.
