Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
Can I be sued because my buddy asked me to take him to the airport which he drove his wife's car and asked me to drive it back because he currently stays with me. She lives in Arizona and left her car with him. He has had it since he has been here. I hit a deer on the way back and now she wants to sue.

You can be sued for almost anything - but if your description of the events is accurate, you likely don't have much to worry about.
