Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
susp. out state lic.
Is there any way to handle a out of state citation without going back to that state and hiring a attorney can't it be heard in your home state. Is there any motion you can file to have it moved

No - it happened in that state. If you hire an attorney, you probably won't have to appear.
