Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
Ticket issued in 1991
In 1991 I got a speeding ticket while driving thru North Carolina on mu way home to Georgia. I was 19 at the time. I forgot about the ticket and have had no repeat incident in North Carolina. Recently while at Georgia DMV I was told I have an outstanding ticket in NC and if not resolved in 30 days my license will be suspended/revoked. What if anything can I do short of going back to NC; Is there a statue of limitations?

You need to take care of it. You can hire an attorney in NC and you probably would not need to come back to NC.
