Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
Towing a car
Is it legal to tow your car without posting a sign that you can not park in a parking spot? They said that they put it in the paper and that gives them the legal right to tow.

Re: Towing a car
Truthfully I don't know without knowing more facts about your case and researching it but it does seem strange to me. If this happened to me, I'd probably write a letter to both the tow truck company and the business/individual who was responsible for having my car towed and then sue them in small claims court if they didn't pay my expenses.
