traffic ticket
I have a ticket for 43 in a 35 should I ask for a pjc or just pay the fine? how would my insurance and dmv points be affected? I am in NC, thank you

It depends on your driving record. If it is clean, then I would take the 9 over and save the PJC. Your insurance would not be affected in that scenario - you would get 2 DMV points.
