Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
second traffic ticket in a year
A year ago, I paid a traffic fine that was reduced to 29 in a 20. I recently received a ticket for 84 in 65 on the highway, which I feel terrible about (won't happen again, that is for sure). The sheriff or cop recommended using a prayer for judgment -- is this the best bet for this situation?

Re: second traffic ticket in a year
unless you are in a county that you can get an improper equipment, a PJC will be your best option. Although if there is another driver on your policy that has gotten a PJC in the past three years, then a PJC won't help you insurancewise.
