Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
Traffic tickets
I am now sober and want to clear all the traffic tickets I never took care of. Do I have to have a lawyer to do this or can the clerk just put the matters back on the docket so I can pay the fines and court costs?

Re: Traffic tickets
You may be able to do it yourself. You'll have to call the various counties and find out the procedures. It may be wise to consult an attorney to see what your best course of action is to get your license back in the quickest amount of time and an attorney may be able to get better deals in this situation.
