VA license gets speeding ticket in NC

Recently I got pulled in Moyock, NC for going 70 in a 55 zone. What is considered wreckless driving? I have no pryers and the ticket is worth $150. Also, would completing a driving school in VA help so that my insurance doesn't increase?

It's not possible to list all the acts or the combination of acts that would at all times and places constitute a type of reckless driving. It is fact specific. In terms of insurance, you will need to ask a VA lawyer about the impact of an out of state conviction.

First look at your ticket and if it doesn't indicate reckless driving, that's usually a pretty good indication that someone in your situation has only been charged with a speeding infraction.
