Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in North Carolina

My Dad passed away and his current wife's daughter said his wedding ring is to come back to them. Is that accurate? There was a Prenupt and there is nothing in that stating the ring goes back.

A prenuptial agreement usually does not address wedding rings, but it might have said something like "his separate property shall remain his separate property and his prosepective wife's property shall remain her separate property".

Read his will as that is going to govern here. And I am not sure why the current wife's daughter is involved at all. Unless she is somehow a beneficiary then I do not see why it is any of her concern.
