If a person's parents have died and they leave no will, and the property upon death is listed as belonging to that person's heirs. If the deceased had childrens is the property belonging to her children that are still living only or all the children of their children if their parents are deceased(in other words the grandchildren also)?

Only the grandchildren of a child who predeceased the grandparent are partial owners of the property at the grandparent's death.
