Did you start Probate?

If you are saying that you are "Executor" then there would not be a Trust ... you would be Trustee if there was a Trust.

You can change title to the real estate after the Will has been probated, and there is an order from the Court approving distribution (the Order actually is the method of changing title, the Order is recorded once issued with the County Recorder of where the property is located).
