Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in North Carolina
my husband recently passed in his will i waswilled and devise the home and all of the real property for and during my natural life , if i decided to move to another place will i lose my rights to this home and property and can other family members come in and take over becaues once i die its will to the daughter

Unless the will specifically states that you will lose your rights if you leave the home with no intent to return, then no. I would need to see what the will says exactly, but it sounds like this is the classic life estate. You can do whatever you want with the home while you are alive - that means renting it out or allowing someone else to stay there.
