help for mother
my mother is 82 and has had a stroke. she lives in nc and my brother and i live in oh. we are wondering what is the best way to protect her property if she needs to be put into a nursing home or assisted living. help

This depends on her level of competency, how mentally debilitated the stroke has left her. It also depends on how her property is titled? I can assist you with your mother's estate planning issues if you would like to discuss them with me.
