North Carolina will
My husband and I have wills written
in Michigan, we now live in North
Carolina, if something happens to
one of us, will our MI wills be legal?

The wills may be valid but it would be prudent to have them checked by a NC attorney to make sure they conform with NC law and that there will be no problems with probating them.
