And your question is?

I don't mean to be snarky, but you need to ask a question. I don't know what you are asking. Your parents are deceased and their estates will be administered (depending on what they owned) in the state where they live, not where you live. I also don't know when they died, who died first or if they had wills.

If they had wills, their property passed as per their will. If they had no wills, then their property would pass to their surviving spouse and biological/adopted children. If the second spouse also is dead, then the property would pass to the surviving spouse's biological/adopted children.

Depending on what your parents owned and when they died, you may or may not need to probate estates for them.

If you are seeking help for your own estate plans now that your parents are deceased, I can assist. Please contact me at [email protected] if you are interested in having wills/trusts, powers of attorney for finances and healthcare and living wills/advanced directives done for you and your spouse.
