Petition to Partion Real Estate

Real Estate consists of 2 lots w/house situated in center of the 2 lots. One heir wants the house demolished & 1 lot distributed to each heir. The other heir wants the 2 lots & house sold and the results of the sale distributed between the 2 heirs. Can the Court rule that the house be demolished as opposed to the property being sold as is at a private sale?
