Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in North Carolina

power of attorney

what's the difference between P.O.A. & general power of attorney? I'm separated & want my brother to inherit my house & it's contents when I die. How about a living trust? P.S. I've been separated over a year.

Re: power of attorney

I would consult with an attorney - there are too many different things involved in your question. A POA does not have anything to do with inheritance.
